These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GrocNinja website and any services provided by GrocNinja ("we", "us", "our"), owned and operated by Abhishek Bhattarai, based in Ramjhora, West Bengal, India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
GrocNinja provides digital services including but not limited to website design and development, custom business management systems, digital marketing and social media management, Google Business Profile setup, and search engine optimization (SEO). Services are provided on a project basis and scoped individually with each client.
This website does not process orders, payments, or bookings directly. All inquiries are handled through WhatsApp or direct contact. Any project scope, pricing, and timeline is confirmed directly with the client in writing (via WhatsApp, email, or a formal agreement) before work begins.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on typical project scope. Actual delivery may vary depending on the complexity of the project, client responsiveness, and availability of required content or information from the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, timely feedback, and necessary content (text, images, credentials) required to complete a project. Delays caused by the client may affect the delivery timeline.
Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds as agreed at the start of the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be chargeable separately.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final delivered website or system is transferred to the client, unless otherwise agreed. GrocNinja retains the right to showcase completed work (screenshots, descriptions) in its own portfolio and marketing, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
Projects may involve third-party services such as hosting providers, domain registrars, or payment gateways. GrocNinja is not responsible for the pricing, policies, uptime, or terms of any third-party service used as part of a project.
Post-launch support and maintenance are provided only where explicitly included in the agreed scope or purchased separately. Without an active support arrangement, GrocNinja is not obligated to provide free fixes, updates, or troubleshooting after project delivery.
GrocNinja will make reasonable efforts to deliver reliable, functional systems. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of a delivered website or system, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Cancellation and refund terms are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project at the time of cancellation. Any amount already spent on work completed, third-party costs, or resources committed is non-refundable.
GrocNinja may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
